The 2016 China Tunnel and Underground Engineering Conference (CTUC) & 19^th Annual Meeting of Tunnel and Underground Works Branch of China Civil Engineering Society (CCES-TUWB) will take place at the Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, Sichuan, between 22 and 17 October 2016, organized by the CCES-TUWB, and co-organized by the Southwest Jiaotong University and the Key Laboratory of Transportation Tunnel Engineering, Ministry of Education. 4. Presentation and Publication 

This conference invites several Chinese Academician, engineering master and famous researchers in this field to give keynote speech. It also invites the current and former chairman of International Tunnelling Association and international experts to give inviting lectures. Each inviting lecture is 25 mins. Each presentation and discussion is 15 mins in the group seminar.     

All accepted and registered papers of ICMSSM2016 will be published in conference proceeding in the journal "Modern Tunnelling Technology". If you are willing to give a presentation at the group seminar, please fill the presentation title on the return receipt. Please also send a copy of your PPT and personal profile to the conference email before 10th Oct. Academic committee will review the PPT and arrange the schedule.

Shi Men Lun Dao

This conference will host Shi Men Lun Dao - the 1st symposium of tunnel and underground space engineering for graduate students on 26th Oct. Please sign up and the conference registration fee for student is half price.

9. Accommodation of Conference

Different rate of rooms in different the designated hotels are available for delegations, as shown as below. The organizer will make unified arrangement based on receipt from each delegation, of which expense will be covered by every delegation. Please make the room rate, type and duration for check-in and check-out on your receipt.

Friendly Tip: Due to the Western China International Economic & Trade Fair and the Conferences are timing overlapping, so it is reasonable that rooms are in a high demand. Room may not be available for any delegation without receipt or receipt without applying accommodation.
